We are not asking for donations; instead, we encourage everyone to visit a nearby gaushala every week, spend time there, and offer your service to the cows. If visiting a gaushala every week is not possible, you can choose to donate. When you donate, we will send you a video/Photos of the food you contributed being offered to the cows, ensuring your connection to the cows service. And if visiting alone makes you uncomfortable, you can join our membership and be part of a larger community dedicated to cow seva.
If you find yourself in any of the situations mentioned above, you can donate to us. Based on our past experience, we saw that families contribute a minimum of ₹200 weekly through the Gaushala Box (a family tradition where members contribute any amount before each meal to offer food to cows). That’s why we have set ₹200 as the minimum donation amount. While ₹200 is the minimum, you are welcome to donate any higher amount as per your capacity.
No, the concept of this organization is "milkar seva kare"—we come together to serve and enjoy doing it as a community. There is no salary or personal expenses taken from donations or membership fees. All funds go directly towards serving the cows.
No, even when members travel to gaushalas outside West Bengal, such as in Jharkhand, Assam, Rajasthan, etc., for the betterment of the gaushalas, we do not take any traveling expenses from donations. We treat these trips as enjoyable experiences and divide the costs, including travel, food, and accommodation, among the members who participate. No travel, food, or lodging expenses are taken from the gaushala donations.
We receive a fixed annual amount of ₹10,400 from each member (₹200 weekly x 52 weeks). In addition to this fixed amount, we also receive non-fixed contributions from members and non-members, which include additional donations for general purposes and specific projects like building sheds. These non-fixed contributions often surpass the fixed commitment, allowing us to fund larger initiatives and infrastructure improvements.
Yes, we accept funds from non-members, but these are strictly for specific purposes related to Gauseva. For events organized by our members, such as promoting Gauseva or raising awareness, all expenses are borne individually by the members only. No expenses for such events are taken from membership fees, donations, or any other contributions meant for Gauseva.
Additionally, every year, we provide food expenses amounting to ₹2 lakh for one month under the concept of "Nar Seva Narayan Seva" to support around 350 laborers (250 women and 100 men) at Chakuliya Gaushala, Jharkhand, where more than 20,000 cows are cared for. These expenses are borne solely by the members and are not taken from any outsider.
All expenses are regularly shared with the members' group without delay. Donors who are not members can request the expense details related to their specific contributions only.
we automatically share videos, along with a written message, of their food contributions being donated to the cows. This is a default practice in our organization. Missing a video is rare and usually only occurs in exceptional situations, such as heavy rain.

You will not receive any written or video confirmation from us.
You will not be eligible for an 80G certificate from us.
